What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of the KeptSolid website and the call-review request form. Paid service for your shop is covered by a separate customer agreement you'll see before you pay anything.
The call review
Requesting a call review asks us to contact you to schedule a 15-minute conversation. It is not a purchase, a trial, or a commitment. Either side can decide it isn't a fit.
No guarantees on this site
Nothing on this site promises a number of recovered calls, booked jobs, or revenue. The math on the home page uses your inputs and two stated recovery rates; it is an illustration, not a forecast.
Your information
How we handle what you submit is described in the privacy policy. Submitting the form means you've read it.
Third-party names
KeptSolid is not affiliated with Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan. Jobber is a trademark of Octopusapp Inc. Housecall Pro is a trademark of Codefied Inc. ServiceTitan is a trademark of ServiceTitan, Inc. Their names appear here only to describe compatibility.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
