KeptSolid catches the calls HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shops can't take: mid-job, after hours, dispatcher on the other line. It texts the caller back within seconds, collects the job, and hands it to you filled in for your Jobber or Housecall Pro board. Emergencies still ring a person. What actually shows up on the card
Five fields. Nothing else is touched, and nothing is priced.
- The caller's name and mobile number, so the confirmation and any follow-up thread to the same person.
- The service address as they typed it, plus the unit or gate code if they gave one.
- The problem in their own words: 'AC running but blowing warm', 'kitchen drain backs up', 'half the house is out'.
- The preferred window they named, or a note that they didn't say.
- The service type you mapped for that kind of problem, so dispatch can sort without reading every card.
Board by board
A text handoff means the job comes to your phone as a filled-in text. We don't write into that board, and we don't read from it.

What we don't do
We don't answer your phone. KeptSolid never picks up a call or speaks to a caller. It starts working the moment a call is missed, and only by text.
We don't quote, price, or promise an arrival time. The card carries what the caller said and the window they asked for. Your dispatcher still runs the board.
We don't publish lift numbers or missed-call statistics. Your call log is the only data that matters, and we look at it with you on the call review.

Does it write to Jobber today?

Which Jobber plan do I need?
Any Jobber plan that includes the Jobber app marketplace connection. We confirm your plan on the call review before anything is promised, and if it doesn't fit you start on Text-Back.
Will it double-book a truck?
No. KeptSolid never assigns a tech or a time. The card carries the caller's preferred window and lands on the board unassigned, or in your approval queue. Dispatch does what dispatch does.
Does it change or cancel existing jobs?
No. KeptSolid creates new job cards only. If a customer texts asking to move or cancel, that message is forwarded to you to handle on the board.
Do I have to give you my board login?
No. You connect through the board's own authorization screen, with permissions limited to creating clients and jobs, and you can disconnect KeptSolid from your board at any time.
